This Terms of Use of Agreement sets for the standards and conditions of use of the That’s My Dog, Inc. (hereinafter “That’s My Dog!”), on line training program for registered members. By using the That’s My Dog! website mentioned below, you (the “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. We reserve the right from time to time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement without prior notice. Modification shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the That’s My Dog! online training website, www.thatsmydogtrainingonline.com (hereinafter “website”). Your continued use of the service after amendments are posted constitutes and acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement and its modifications.

This web site reserves the right to deny access to any person or viewer for any reason, under the terms of the privacy policy, which you accept as a condition for viewing, the website is allowed to collect and store data and information for the purpose of the exclusion and for many other uses.

Description of Service: That’s My Dog! training on line is providing Member with dog training information in the way of video clips, articles, and a chat forum in support of and as a companion piece of its training DVD series.

Member’s Account: All Members of the service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member agrees to notify That’s My Dog! of any authorized use of its account.
Modifications and Interruption to Service: That’s My Dog! reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to the Member. That’s My Dog! shall not be liable in any respect should it exercise its right to modify or discontinue. Member acknowledges and agrees That’s My Dog! does not guaranty uninterrupted or secured access to its website.
Jurisdiction of Venue: If any matter concerning this web site shall be brought before a court of law, Member agrees to the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the State of Wisconsin and the County of Grant. In the event that litigation is in federal court, the proper federal court shall be the Western District of Wisconsin.
Applicable Law: Member agrees that the applicable law that shall be applied shall in all cases be that of the State of Wisconsin.
Compliance with Laws: Member assumes all knowledge of applicable law and is responsible for any compliance with any such laws.
